      Life, ADD

      You will be eligible to receive two times your pay in company-provided life insurance andaccidental death and dismemberment insurance. In addition, you may purchase supplementallife insurance up to five times of your salary. Dependent life insurance is also available.

      Short-Term Disability

      We provide a generous Salary Continuance Program if you cannot work due to an illness ordisability which qualifies for Short-Term Disability or Workers’ Compensation. The planpays 60% of your salary up to $2309 per week.

      Long-Term Disability

      Our Long-Term Disability Program allows employees to participate on a voluntary basis throughpayroll deductions. This coverage provides monthly income protection to a maximum of$10,000 per month.

      Employee Assistance Program

      All employees eligible for medical coverage are covered by PAII’s Employee Assistance Program(EAP). The EAP can provide help for stress, anxiety, depression, or conflict, and isdesigned to help individuals through issues before they escalate into bigger problems.

      The number of vacation days accrued each year is based on length of service and range from15 days to 25 days per year. Additionally, you receive 11 paid holidays per year.
